The following seminars are approved by the NSW Office of Fair Trading for NSW Continuing Professional Development as Learning Category 3. Attend either seminar and you will have all the points you need for twelve months, and you can carry 11 points over to the following year.

Winning Ways - Interactive (A Real Estate SALES Program) 27 CPD points
Agency Profit System 72 CPD points

Most other Pittard seminars and training qualify as Learning Category 1, earning you one point per hour. You can use up to eight points in Learning Category 1 - four this year and four carried into next year.

WA

The following seminars are approved by the WA Department of Commerce for WA Continuing Professional Development as Elective Category 4.

TAS

The Tasmanian Property Agents Board has approved Winning Ways - Interactive for eight hours CPD, which satisfies the minimum annual CPD requirements for a real estate licence in Tasmania.
