The entry requirements are high. You will undergo intensive training before you commence. You will need to pass a series of written and practical tests and you will have a 3 month paid qualifying period.

When you qualify, you will receive a base income of $74,000 pa + bonuses + training allowance + iphone (or similar). 
 
You will then receive bonuses based on performance.  If you follow the duties in your role, within 2 years you should be earning in excess of $150,000pa.
