The person we seek will be mature minded, with over 2 years managerial experience and will beresponsible for the overall running of our very busy real estate office. Youwill work closely with the Executive Directors on a day to day basis.

Ideally the person we seek will have a solid accounting/administration background with managerial experience whose focus is always on the client and meeting strict deadlines.

We are building our team and have recently expanded to two offices and are focused on growing our rent roll. Weneed that special person we can totally rely on and trust torun the office efficiently no matter what the day brings.


Real Estate is not for the faint hearted nor for anyone who works strictly from 9 to 5. This is a very busy, demanding yet immensely rewarding positionfor the right person.

Some of the responsibilities include:


Payroll/MYOB accounting

Recruitment and training of property management/sales/adminstaff

Day to Day managerial responsibilities

Office of Regulatory Services & ATO reporting requirements

IT/phone requirements of the business

Administration and sales support on a day to day basis including

All aspects of marketing both for the business and for individual properties
